Licensed Vocational Nurses

State licensed, LVN's, under the direction of a registered nurse, will provide documented nursing services to seniors in their home. Nursing duties can include injections; minor wound care and medication set-up and management. Additional services may be required depending on the customer service care plan as outlined by the registered nurse. Some supervisory duties may be required to assist in the management of the Home Health Aides as they provide the hands-on, personal care, health and wellness and emotional support of seniors in their home.

Requirements: Licensed by the State's Board of Nursing as a LVN, excellent communication skills are required to build effective working relationships with the customer and their families. Organizational skills as well as dedication to seniors are preferred qualifications.
